Dr. Chew is an experienced General Practitioner specialising in chronic conditions and wound care, with expertise in Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine, including injectable treatments and energy-based devices. As Senior Doctor at Celgen Group, he provides personalised, evidence-based care with a holistic approach tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
Vivien Ong is the Co-Founder of Celgen Healthcare Group, bringing over two decades of scientific and regenerative medicine experience. Combining a chemistry degree from UKM with advanced CIDESCO/CIBTAC certifications, she established dedicated R&D facilities for MSC and NK cell therapies in 2008. Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Stem Cell and Aesthetic Medicine, she leads the group’s research initiatives and clinical cell innovations.
Dr. Edward is a Senior Medical Doctor at Celgen Clinic whose career spans hospital surgical care, pandemic frontline response, and general practice. Having served as a Senior Surgical Medical Officer and a frontline physician during COVID-19, his surgical foundation and crisis response experience underpin his clinical precision and patient-centered approach. Today, Dr. Edward focuses on primary healthcare and regenerative medicine, delivering holistic strategies that promote lasting wellness and recovery beyond simple symptom management.
Dr. Quan Tian Zhen is a Senior Doctor at Celgen Group combining extensive experience in General Practice, Surgery, and Aesthetic Medicine. Before transitioning into aesthetics, she honed her clinical and procedural skills in surgical departments, earning her Membership of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons (MRCS), Ireland. Holding an LCP from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, Dr. Quan specializes in injectables and energy-based technologies—using her strong surgical foundation to deliver safe, precise, and natural-looking patient outcomes.

Bringing 10 years of clinical experience across public and private sectors—including 6 years in government hospital surgery and medicine—Dr. Bella combines general medical expertise with specialized aesthetics at Celgen Clinic. Holding an MBBS and MAC certification, she focuses on subtle, personalized treatments that enhance natural features while maintaining facial harmony and patient safety.
Dr. Raymond Lim Kgai Kang is a skilled medical practitioner with a diverse background spanning emergency medicine, general practice, and aesthetic healthcare. Built on a strong foundation of high-stakes emergency assessment and holistic primary care, his practice now focuses on evidence-based aesthetic treatments. Holding an MBBS and a Medical Aesthetic Certificate (MAC), Dr. Raymond is an active member of both the MMA and MSAM, committed to delivering safe, tailored, and natural-looking results for long-term patient well-being.
